Ashley Morrow
Head of People
Ashley is the Head of People at Energy Innovation, where she oversees HR strategy and organizational programs for the People team in collaboration with the COO.
Before joining Energy Innovation, Ashley worked as an Engagement Director for People415, an HR consultancy, supporting several non-profit and for-profit clients with compliance and HR strategy. Prior to her time at People415, Ashley served on the Executive Team providing strategic advice and support for a mid-sized digital agency. Ashley has dedicated time to nonprofit work, including mentoring small business owners and teaching English in Chile through a program administered by the Chilean Ministry of Education.
She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification as well as an MPA in Non-Profit Administration. Ashley lives in Oakland, CA, with her husband and elderly cat, where she enjoys reading, singing, and making mosaics.
